b20 offers 60 furnished, fully-functional studios of 32m2, with comprehensively equipped kitchen, bathroom, and balcony.

Our introductory price is CHF 1,650 per month. This standard offer includes fortnightly cleaning and changing of bedclothes as well as membership of the Mobility car-sharing scheme, the services of a concierge, and wifi. An additional CHF 100 per month is charged for double occupancy.

Further services can be added on an individual basis for an additional monthly fee, allowing you to set up the apartment to suit your own lifestyle.

We will clean the apartment on your departure for a mandatory fee of CHF 250, regardless of the length of your stay.

Tourist taxes of CHF 5.30 per night are due if you are not registered as a resident in the city of Bern (and are therefore a short-term visitor). These charges cover a Bern Ticket for public transport in Libero Zones 100/101. Please see the terms and conditions for details.
