In the office on the 3rd floor you find various useful utensils from kitchen to cleaning. You can use these things at any time. Please return the items after use and report any damage to the concierge.

You can come to us at any time with your requests and requirements, and we will do our best to make you feel at home and comfortable at b20.

You can use our office infrastructure, and scan and print documents in our concierge lobby.

We clean your shoes and boots. Items handed in before noon on weekdays will be returned on the same day.

Make a literary discovery, lose yourself in a thrilling crime novel, pass on your recommendations – the library is continually stocked and re-stocked by our tenants.

The concierge lobby gives you the opportunity to work or hold small meetings. It cannot be reserved for exclusive use.

As a b20 tenant you have access to the basement bicycle storage room, where you can keep your bike. Further open-air bike racks are available in front of the building.

If your hair is long and time is short, we can equip your bathroom with a hair dryer.

Our concierge is your personal contact for all your requirements, requests, and queries in b20.

Let us know when you are arriving by public transport in Bern Brünnen. We will be pleased to collect you and your luggage so that you can arrive and move in relaxed.

If a button falls off or something small needs mending, we will be happy to do it for you for an extra charge. Or if you would like to do it yourself, you will find the necessary tools in the office on the 3rd floor.

At Westside you will also find a sewing workshop that will alter everything so that it fits perfectly afterwards.

If there are two of you, we will extend the kitchen and bathroom equipment as well as the beds to accommodate two people. An apartment with twin beds (2x90cmx200cm) can be booked on request, subject to availability.

The b20 basement laundry is equipped with five modern laundry units as well as an ironing station, and can be used by our tenants free of charge at any time. If you don’t have the time or inclination to do your own washing, we will be pleased to do it for you.
